Before the session, we’ll have a conversation (or three) about what you want to achieve with the shoot. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s totally normal. I want to help you step around your fear to get to the good stuff. We’ll talk about hair, make-up, wardrobe, what’s inspired you to indulge in a boudoir shoot and everything in between. Remember, the process is a collaborative one, and I am here to listen to your story: if you’re not a lace thong kinda girl, that’s totally cool. We’ll brainstorm a different, more on-brand look for you. Feel like you wanna be bold and go tastefully nude? I’m here for it. Tell me all about yourself and where you’re at in life, and we’ll devise a beautiful idea that’ll leave you feeling confident, happy, empowered and wishing you’d done one of these decades ago.
The creative experience is a vehicle for your self-discovery, and there’s no damn speed limit. Maybe you’ve recently had a baby. Perhaps you're fresh off a messy divorce. Maybe those kids of yours have all grown up and flown the nest. Maybe you’re experiencing a career slump that you just don’t know how to shake off. Jill set up a hair & make up session with her stylist- Amanda- who was equally freaking amazing. She too, listened to my comfort levels with the amount of makeup/ size of eyelash/ color platte / etc. though the entire process- and was gentle, warm and funny! We shot three outfits yesterday, first was in a hockey jersey for my husband, and our favorite team. I was very nervous- but Jill is with you, (literally and figuratively) the whole process. She chose posses to accentuate my best features, and talked to me the whole time - so I couldn’t get into my own head about my potential insecurities.
JILL SET UP A HAIR & MAKE UP SESSION WITH HER STYLIST- AMANDA- WHO WAS EQUALLY FREAKING AMAZING. I WAS SO IMPRESSED.
